Valorant is Riot's tactical 5v5 character-based shooter. Each round, your team picks from a roster of agents — controllers, duelists, sentinels, initiators — each with unique abilities that complement gunplay. Maps reward map control, communication, and tight coordination. Free-to-play with a competitive ladder, Premier mode for organized teams, and Spike Rush / Unrated when you just want to drop in. Released June 2020. PC + console; console-to-console crossplay only (no PC↔console).
